ODOP - Day 7 - Happy Birthday Shaker Card

Today was a busy day. I went to Jakarta to meet some friends. Most of all, I wanted to meet my daughter. Then the second one was to surprise my sister who had a birthday today. Here is the picture compilation of today. It was a pleasant day.. Praise The Lord..

And when I arrived home, I quickly made this card. A shaker card. Hope it's not too late to post.

I used MFT Oval Stitched die cut. The flowers are from Waffleflowers. Hope Jovita will like the card, as today is also her birthday. Happy birthday, Jovita. God bless you..

ODOP - Day 6 - Favorite Country - Japan

Hello friends,

I'm back from the Jogja Japan Week in Yogyakarta. I was there for 5 days. I gave kurumie workshops. It was a great success for me and my team. We earned so much. Hehehe.. Praise The Lord.

Today, the ODOP is about the favorite country. It is Japan. I wish I could visit the country again. I want to see the cherry blossom. I also want to be under the tree and have a picnic there. :D

So, here is the craft I made. It is kurumie. The lady brings an umbrella. She is wearing a yukata.

It's so lovely, right? The size of the frame (inside) is 5R or 5" x 7'. If you wish to buy it from, me, just let me know..  It is fresh from the craft room. Lol...

ODOP - Day 3 - Blue and Jogja Japan Week Day 1

Today I'm in Yogyakarta. The first day of the Jogja Japan Week. Before I show you the pics, this is the creation for ODOP Day 3. The theme is: Blue..

ODOP - Day 2 - Never Give Up

Wow!! What a busy days. I will be attending a Japan Festival: Jogja Japan Week in Yogyakarta. I will be giving a kurumie workshop and also will join the bazaar. So, the preparation was the biggest preparation ever.

I managed to make this card. It will be for a charity. The theme is: Never Give Up.
I used the Hero Arts stamp. I think this is my fave stamp, too. I colored it with Zig Clean Color Real Brush.

Colorful Tags

It's September!! It's a time for another ODOP ; One Day One Project hosted by my crafty friend, Silvy Wijaya a.k.a. Odop Bu Broto. The theme for today is : Warna-warni = colorful. I made these 5 tags. I used the MFT ribbon die cut. The stamps were from one set, also from MFT. The round tags were from Lawn Fawn die cut. The ink pads were all from Versa Color.

Love Never Fails

Happy Sunday to you all...

I made this photo frame last night. Nothing else to do and I just got the newest die cut. It's Rosette Heart from Waffle Flowers. Amazing!!

So here is the result. On the picture: my daughters and I. The photo was taken on August 1, 2015, on the 75th birthday of my parents-in-law.

Take a closer look at the Rosette Hearts. They are so beautiful... I added a punched heart on each middle point. The sentiment is word sticker from Authentic.

I love trying new tools and share it with you. This Rosette Heart from Waffle Flowers is really recommended. Love it.

Adoring this poppy die cut hasn't stopped yet. Lol. I love this die cut. It's been such a long time to finally have it. It makes me to create more and more cards/tags using this die cut. I saw it here and I made a similar card.

I used Memory Box for the poppy flowers. The oval is from My Favorite Things. The banner die cut is from Simon Says Stamp. And the together thinlit die cut and those two embossing folders are from Sizzix. The pattern paper is my favorite color, and it is one of Neroli paper pad from Trimcraft.

I love how it turned out. I'll make more later..

Hello Friend - Red and White Tag

Yes, it is August. And it is the month of the commemoration of the Independence Day of Indonesia. Precisely it will be on August 17. I make another challenge in my Facebook: Dwita's Crafty Crafts. The theme is: Red and White and a little Black. The form can be anything. The media can be from paper to cloth.

This is my tag with that theme:

The tag die cut is from Papertrey Ink as well as the sentiment (from a set of Mat Stack 4 Collection). The poppy die cut is from Memory Box. The squares were punched with a square punch from EK Success. I dotted the poppy petals with a Sharpie Paint Peinture. The bow is from the local store.

Stamping on Three Cards

Hello friends,

I'm still at home. After cleaning the small parts of the workshop, I made these three cards. Two main stamps with some embellishments. I just used a white card stock. I saw the Brandy Cox tutorial here. Inking the stamp once and stamping on paper thrice seemed to be very economical. I mean, I didn't need to waste the ink on the stamp by wiping it. The paper itself would do.

Here what I came up with.

The leaves stamp, the die cuts 'forever' and 'happy' are from Papertrey Ink. The dots stamp is a cling from Hero Arts. The 'merci' is from Memory Box. I was so glad I could find a die cut word in French. The sentiments are all from Pure Innocence, My Favorite Things.
Take a look on the cards one by one. 

 Whether it is good or not, I don't really think about it. I was only thinking that I was grateful to have much time to make some cards. I really enjoy my time these days, where I don't have to go anywhere. It feels really good to me. Nothing "chases" me. I just do whatever I want to do. Sometimes I really need time like these days. This is just like the time I had before 2013. Hehehe..

It's been such a long time. The school holiday went so well. Then followed by an event of a birthday party of both of my parents-in-law. They are both 75 years old. Then, returned home, cleaning my craft room. So messy. Today was the second day cleaning the room. I finally finished it and made this card. The technic was in Jennifer's blog and video here.

I used three Distress Ink to color the white card stock. First the Evergreen, then the Mustard Seed, and finally the Chipped Sapphire. I don't have Pearl Perfect. So I just leave it that way.
I cut 'smile' with Little Yellow Bicycle die cut. I bought it in Hobby Lobby. Then I misted it and doubled it. Before I adhered it, I embossed the white one with Honeycomb embossing folder from Stampin Up!

If you see the picture above, yeah.. I tried the technic for 4 times. Hahaha.... Not bad...

Try it and feel the ease in inking the paper. Love it...

ODOP - Day 14 - Soak Up The Sun

As today is the end of Summer 'one day one project', it is also the end of my vacation in Surabaya. Before flying to Jakarta, I took the picture of the card with the theme: umbrella.

I used a paper from Echo Park 'I love Sunshine'. I just cut the wentiment from that paper. The first one was stapled. And the one below was just adhered with double tape foam.

Don't get distracted with the cookies behind it. Hehehe. Those were the ones I bought because they were new to me. I wanted to taste them later by having a tea time with my Mom when I arrive in Jakarta.

ODOP - Day 13 - Thank You For Everything

These are my submission for one day one project. The theme is flower.

I made 35 cards for my friend. She asked me to make these to say thanks for the dear ones.

The flowers, the leaves were from StampinUp!. The banner was from Simon Says Stamp. The circles were from Spellbinder.

ODOP - Day 12 - Add a Splash of Color Every Day

Hello friends,

It's Saturday morning here. We all will travel to Malang, to have a short vacation. We will visit several museums and a fruit garden. We'll spend one night there. So, that's why I need to do this uploading in the morning before we leave.

The theme for today is colorful. I used this stamp from a Hero Arts stamp set. I love this set. So versatile. I used this when I made a game board for learning tenses at school. The ink pads were from Versa Color. The sentiment was from MFT.

The sentiment "Add a splash of color to every day" is my favorite sentiment. I ever used it several times. Yeah, it is we who color our own lives. Always add beautiful color every day. Then, on day, when you recall all the memories, you'll remember the beautiful memories.

ODOP - Day 11 - A Smooth Sea never Made a Skilled Sailor

Greetings from Surabaya..

Today's theme for one day one project is ocean. I managed myself to buy two papers about ocean. So, here it is:

I used papers from Simple Stories "Treasure Map". I cut the mermaid and attached it with a double foam tape. The twine I think from Maya Road. The stickers were from Authentique : "Petite Type". Everything was fresh from the store.. Lol..

How about the sentiment: A smooth sea never made a skilled sailor? Do you agree with that? Yes, I do agree. For me, that means, problems in our life will "sharpen" us in facing this life itself.
