ODOP 7 - Mini MIlk Carton Box With Legs

Hello friends,

How's life? It's Saturday; and yesterday was Friday, the May Day. It was a holiday here in Indonesia. Then, I could manage to make these two boxes for today's "one day one project". I got the inspiration from here. The tutorial was very clear to follow.

Here are my take:

I made two boxes. That meant I cut 4 mini milk carton. The one on the left is with legs. The one on the right is the original shape without legs. Both of them were covered with washi papers which were adhered to silver papers.

This is the look from above. You can see the opening are tied with twine from The Twinery.

This cute stamp is from Hero Arts. Do you still remember her? It's an old stamp set. I stamped it on the washi paper twice and cut the kimono. I love this technique as well. This way, I didn't need to color. I'm still on in the mood to color images.. lol...

This is the closer look on the paper piecing on the kimono. As you can see, first I stamped on the white paper. After that, as I mentioned, I stamped twice on the washi paper. I stamped again on the white card stock for the head. This time, I HAD TO color. Luckily it was only small part... lol...

Thanks for visiting. See you again tomorrow with something different. Make sure, it won't be a card.. ;D
