Happy Christmas

My last card set for this Christmas. One was flying to France. I like this Snowflake cling from Heroarts. If you want to make mass-produced cards without consuming time and energy, this stamp is a very good choice. Because it can stand by itself. Tell me if I am right.. ;D

This is a pocket card that I entered for Heroarts second round challenge of this month. Click here for more info. The snowflake and the three-line sentiment is from Heroarts. And the small sentiment on the corner card below is from Papertreyink. THe twine is from The Twinery. I enclosed three packs of Christmas color twines and three pieces of pattern papers. Hope my friends are happy receiving my x'mas cards..

Happy merry Christmas to you all. Be blessed to bless others.. Jesus loves us sooooo much...

Scrapbooking in frames

Last month my close friend asked me to make some scrapbook frames for the ladies in our community. Actually, it's only the frame. But come to think of it, we decided to put in some photos of theirs. Here are what I made for them.

I used many die cut outs to decor them. I love those versatile dies that I have. The flowers are from My Favorite Things die. The leaves, tags and the butterflies are from Papertreyink dies. The fern are from Cheerylynndesigns dies. THe birds are from Marianne dies. The words: ept, are from Stampinup! dies. The border leaves are from Martha Stewart punch. The sentiment are mostly from Hero Arts and Papertreyink. The twines are from The Twinery. The background papers are from Ledger Pad of Prima Marketing. So pretty. I love the papers.

Well, these are just 4 frames among 30 frames that I made. Hope these ladies enjoy what they see.

Just A Little Christmas Note

Helllloooooowwww..,

It's been sooo long.. I couldn't post anything, as I was very busy teaching at junior high school for almost 2 months. It really took my energy to do some crafting. So, today, I managed myself to enjoy the Christmas ambiance with my kids and my students. These students are the ones who have ever joined English course with me for more than 5 years (at the gallery). As usual, at the end of the semester, we spent time for cooking. We made some chocolates today.

After lunch (I treated them lunch box from Hoka Hoka Bento), they made milk box and decorate theirs with poinsettia. Actually those poinsettias were the ones that I couldn't sell. There was a wrong way in gluing each part. But, for these kids, anything pretty is fine for them. ;D

These are the kind of milk boxes they made. These two are for my other students who couldn't come today due to their health.

Supplies: Big Pro Milk Box Die from Sizzix, Poinsettia from Marianne Design, Pattern Paper

And after they left me, I managed myself to make these cards. I was inspired by one of Maile Belles's creations. As I did these at home, I didn't have my embossing folder to emboss the white paper before the dark blue doily. But, that's fine.

Supplies: Cheery Lynn Design French Pastry Doily, EK Success circle punch, Maraschino and Peapod Twines of The Twinery. Sampin Up! label punch, Mc Gill Holly punch, Papertreyink Christmas Signature sentiment

These two cards are for my friends, Jacqueline in France and Vera Rhuhay in Surabaya. I'll post them right away. Hope the cards arrive on time. And they will like the card.

These creations are for these challenges:

Cheery Lynn Design: 'Tis The Season (26/12)

Dream Valley Challenges: Christmas (07/01)

Charizma Cards : Last Minute X'mas Makes (22/12)

Delightful Challenges: Anything Goes (22/12)

Paperplay Challenges: Christmas (04/01)

Stampin For The Weekend : Christmas (23/12)

Ok, then, thanks for reading and viewing the creations. See you again later.

Christmas in Shapes

Hello friends,

I want to post this picture of Christmas cards, using die cut and punches. I love die cut so much. The poinsettia is from Marianne dies (LR0142). I bought them last year. The big poinsettia (LR0122) had been used here. Love to make cards which are not rectangular.. ;D

I enter this to join Marianne's Design Divas challenge : Dying to diecuts. I am dying that I have more than 15 packs of her adorable diecuts. Check for another Christmas card using her diecut here.

Thanks for your lovely comments...

Sometimes You Pick Your Friends - Oct CCC

Hello friends,

It's quite hard time for me these days, being a real SAHM, as I was having a nanny previously. I "stole" little time to create this to join October CCC. Hope the recipient will like it... As always, I could only manage to make according to the theme: Friendship.

The Tulips stamp is from Penny Black. Butterfly and border dies are from PTI. Love their dies so much. This card was inspired by Jenny Suchin's card in Wee Memories. Still far from the original design, though. ;D

Thanks for looking.

Vintage TAG

Hello friends,

Meet again after some time. It's quite busy here at home. The helper went home and I had to do all the hustle and bustle as a real SAHM.. ;D. So glad to be able to cook again, clean everything, prepare everything, and manage my time among the house works, the schedules of the kids, the teaching at school and at the gallery, the serving the customers and the boarding rooms care. Do hope I always stay healthy, fit, and of course fun..

Here is one of the tags I managed to make today. I used PTI die cut to make the tag. It's adorned with some patterned papers from October Afternoon. I realized, that using the papers from one pad is much easier in combining colors and patterns. Adorable paper pad!
The butterflies are from a punch with no brand but it's awesome. It's a gift from my brother. He bought it in Paris!! So faaar away... The buttons are from PTI die cut. And the checked paper was punched with MS famous punch. Then I distressed it with Vintage Photo distress ink. I stamped the sentiment using PTI stamp. And finally tied it with a blue velvet ribbon.

The Crafty Pad: VINTAGE
Stampacular Sunday Challenge 15/10: SO DISTRESSING

Just For You - Fika's Birthday Challenge

Hi friends,

I'm back..

I just made this card for joining a challenge held by Fika. It's her birthday challenge. Just click her blog.

This is my card that I made based on her card. I don't have that Hero Arts Hydrangea stamp. I'm longing to have that, too.. So, I used another Hero Arts flower. Love to emboss it and distressed the flowers. I embossed white powder on the kraft. It's the first time for me to color on kraft. I used 3 Distress inks to color the flowers. And I added some pearl gems. The leaves are die cut from PTI dies and embossed them with Swiss Dots from Provo. The background on the kraft, it was stamped with cling of Happy Definition from Hero Arts.

Hope you like it, Fika. I'm going to send it to you.. Happy happy birthday.

Thanks for looking.

The red flower was from the die set. Love dies... The sentiment is from Hero Arts. I curved the clear stamp a bit to fit the oval white cardstock.

Thanks for looking.

I am in Hany's blog

Hello friends,

I just want to post this, as this amazed me. My friend Hany, who lives in New Hampshire, USA, and her DH, Bill, visited me some time ago to my town, Cirebon, West Java, Indonesia. She stayed two nights in my house and we spent time together. Hany also visited my craft gallery, and she specially wrote it in her blog. Amazing. Please have time to click the blog and read it. Hany ever wrote about me to begin her blog 2 years ago. Check it out.

Here are the pictures that I took. The first one was when I asked them to join me in the English Program that I host. We talked about their wonderful life in NH. The second one was taken when Bill showed his amazing ability in playing piano and I sang "The End Of The World" with him on the piano.. Woohooo....

Thanks, Hany, for writing about your trip to Cirebon and my gallery. See you again...

First Scrapbook Photo Album

Updated, August 30. My Mom was soooo touched viewing each page of the album.
Wooohooo....

This is my first time making a scrapbook photo album. And it is dedicated for my Mom, who has her 72nd birthday. I used the papers from DCWV The Lace & Linen Stack. The color scheme is very pretty: pink, brown, light creme. Vintage? Perhaps. And to stay on those colors was not that easy. I really tried hard. I need to find all the colors that match the DP. I made this album in 2 days. I used Spellbinder dies on kraft cardstocks to make the pages.

This is the cover album.

I used CLD die cut for the butterfly and the swirly leaves.

The sentiment in the middle: 'born to shop'. That's right, for my Mom and me, always buy 'batik' cloths and clothes.

The back cover. Yes, I made it with LOVE for my beloved MOM.

New word die cut from PTI. Lovely.

I embossed the image with white embossing powder, and rubbed it with Victorian Velvet Distress Ink (with a piece of tissue.. LOL)

I used Staz-On to stamp the names on the button.

I inserted some other photos. There are 3 pockets in this album to accommodate the photos.

I used Hero Arts, My Favorite Things and PapertreyInk sentiment stamps for this album. The distress inks were only Victorian Velvet, Vintage Photo, Peeled Paint and Shabby Shutter. Wonderful colors to match the colors of the DP. I also used twines from The Twinery: blossom, cappuccino and honeydew. The dies are from various companies that I adore sooo much...

The wire binding was free. The store owner said, it was free just for me. Oh, my..they are so generous.

Thanks for viewing my creations. I hope you enjoy what you've seen.
