Day 91 - DT ATC - Happy Halloween

Hello friends,

Friday comes again. I was absent for a week, and yet, I am still out there. Today is the day for the next ATC challenge. It's color theme; Yellow, orange and red.

This is my ATC.

Sources: Digi 'Haunted Bird House' from Beccy's Place, Copic markers, Hero Arts sentiment stamp

Well, I, actually am not fond of the image like the house bird, and everything with the ghost. I always avoid such images. However, I colored it with the brown copic. The pumpkins, well, perhaps the colors are not supposed that way. Hehe.. We don't have such halloween pumpkins here. Just assumed the colors.

Join the challenge, which I am sure all of you have colored images with those halloween colors.  Our sponsors are: Delicious Doodles and Floppy Late

Have a nice start of the weekend, my friends..

Day 90 - Traveling Away

Hello friends,

This is the card for today.

Sources: p.p, from Wayfarer Bazzil Basics Paper; font from computer

I adopted the style from the magazine Paper Crafts, Sept/Oct 2012 edition. It was the card made by Alyssa Scritchfield.  I love all the creations in Maptastic! section. Especially because I know I will be traveling more and more. The creations really inspire me to make more photo albums using such pattern papers. I also want to try to make that flower card using map pattern paper. Looks so gorgeous! (later..)

These are the closer look.

See you again...

Photo Album for Ethan

Hello friends,

I made this photo album for a friend of mine, Hanny. She is an online seller in facebook. I happen to enjoy everything she sells. Hehehe. She just delivered a  baby boy. So I decided to make this album for her. This is for the first year of her baby. I didn't embellish much, because I know Hanny can do much better.

This is the cover of the album:

Sources: Magnolia baby boy stamp, MS border punch, CLD Doily die cut, PTI alphabet die cut, Marvy star & carriage punch, SU oval punch, Kaiser p.p., Crate Paper little boy blue p.p. for the whole album, Zutter bind it all

I used these papers inside:

Lovely papers. Hope Hanny likes this album.

See you again, friends.

Day 89 - Orange Flowers

Hi friends,

Just like yesterday, I made this card also for a friend of my Mom. She was her colleague in the campus. You know, my Mom is 73 and is still a lecturer in a campus, teaching English.

This is the card.

Sources: Hero Arts flower stamp, Zig markers, CB embossing folder.

I colored the stamp and just stamped it, without spraying some water. The envelope is in the same way.

This is the closer look on the flowers.

Hope she enjoys the birthday celebration today.

See you again, friends.

Day 88 - Lavender in Pink

Hello friends,

My Mom asked me to make a card for her friend's birthday. She is 88 years today. She is actually the teacher of my Mom, and then later became colleagues. I made this card for her, quite big, so that everyone can sign and say something inside.

Sources: Hero Arts Lavender stamp, CB embossing folder, Zig markers.

I used my fave technic, coloring the stamp. This time I didn't spray with water. Just stamped it on the white card stock. I also made an envelope and stamped again a part of the flower.

This is the closer look on the flowers:

Hope everyone is pleased signing the card and Mrs. Yo is happy with the card.

Happy birthday, Ompung...

Day 86 - A Hello Card & My Profile in Newspaper

Hello friends,

Been so busy with all the orders from the gift shop. I couldn't manage my time to make a single card for this. I made many cards, but they are for that store. Later, when they are on display, I will post them.

This late afternoon, I managed to make one card. I used the borders given by a friend who sponsored the challenge in my FB account. This is the card I made.

Sources: Tilda With Hawaiian Flower stamp, Hero Arts sentiment stamp, Copic markers.

By the way, I want to tell you, too, that my profile was published in a local newspaper, Radar Cirebon, last Tuesday, September 11, 2012. So happy for that. That's one thing that I'm longing, too. ;D
Just click each picture, to read...

Thanks for viewing my card and read the article about me and my happy world, crafting world.. I have to go back to work on the project for that gift shop.See you again, friends.

And then I made this paper pencil. I rolled the paper over the real pencil and glue at the end edge. Then I punched a circle and made a cone. Using copic, I colored the tip of the pencil.

Photo Album for a Baby Girl

Hi friends,

As I promised yesterday, this is the post about the album I made for a baby girl. Zutter has made me addicted to make albums. Hehehe. This is an album for Aloisa's mother. She just delivered her pretty baby last month. She ever learned how to make a photo album from an ex wedding invitation. So, I pressume she knows what to do with this album. Ok, let's take a look at these pictures.

This is the front cover.

These are the insides. I only managed to insert 8 pages. These, I hope, can accommodate pictures month by month of the baby.

These are the embellishments to be used in the album Just cut them one by one and adhere them on each page. Easy does it, right?
Sources: Magnolia baby stamp; Pattern papers are all from Kaiser Crafts; Zutter ring binder; SU Tab punch

I hope Maia, Aloisa's mom, will be happy to receive this and take the "free" time to complete this album along one year.

I shall be back with a photo album for a baby boy.. ;D

Have a nice day, my friends.

27.8.12

It's been long time..

Hi friends, me again.

I suddenly wanted to check my Multiply account. And when I checked the first time I did this Multiply, I was amazed. I started that account 6 years ago in May. You can check here. Then I clicked the 'Blog', and found that 4 years ago I promised myself for opening the craft gallery in July 2008. Click here. Hey, where have I been? The craft gallery is already there, but it's only certain people know about it. Yes, I haven't done any publication or marketing. I need someone who is capable for it. I think I am ideas producer as well as the executor. Activities by activities came. The teaching across this nation as well as teaching at school and accomplishing customer's orders, really have made me forget that this craft gallery should be open for public. Ok, then, I need to "arrange" myself (read: time) again for this purpose. Oh, 4 years... How can I forget my own promise?

Coloring Album

Hi friends,

Have a pleasant start of the week..

Do you remember my last post? I went to Jakarta for a short break and celebrated my Mom's birthday. Before going, my youngest asked me to make a coloring book with Hello Kitty pictures on each page. She loves HK images. So I searched on the internet and found some pictures of HK. I printed them on white card stocks. Then I made the front and back cover of the album. They are made of thick card stock. Surely it will make the coloring so stable.

The front cover. I stamped her name on it.

One of the adorable pictures. Selin also wishes to have this pair of roller skater. (later, young girl..)

Selin colored the images with coloring pencils. Her elder sister, Sisi, helped her. Sisi is a student in Global Art, a place for coloring and drawing. I think the coloring of Global Art's students is predictable. They do some layering in coloring images. ;D

This is the back cover.

It is so much fun to make any albums. Zutter really helps sooooooo much.. I'll be back with another albums tomorrow. See you..
