ATC Leaves and Sentiments

Hello friends,

Here I'm back after more than a hectic week doing this and that.
My friend conduct an ATC swap. Each of us has to make 5 ATCs. I used Simon Says Stamp Nature Stamps to make the leaves. I stamped them with Versamark ink and poured the embossing powder and heated them. I die cut them one by one using Simon Says Stamp die cut set called Nature. And then I did my adorable activity: watercoloring. I used Tombow dual brush, applied the ink on an acrylic pad, then I used the small brush to apply the color to the images. Love it. The sentiments are from Altenew.

Here they are, one by one:

This is the set of the stamp and die cut from Simon Says Stamp. They are versatile to use in any occasions.
I enter this to join the challenges: Incy Wincy Design Challenge - Anything Goes and Dies R Us Challenge DRU Challenge #161.

Hope you enjoy the beauty of these ATCs.

Love,
Dwita

ODOP - Day 10 - You Make Me Happy - ATC

Hello friends,

Meet again. It's Friday, and it's my free day. I usually clean my house and craft room on Fridays. That is why I finished these ATCs earlier today.Yes, ATC is the theme for today's ODOP. We may make between 10 to 40 ATCs, then send them to Silvy and she will swap all the ATCs. How lovely!

To make these ATCs, I used the MISTI. It's a very helpful tool. I love it. Look at below. I put the grid paper on the left side. I fixed the ATC paper on the certain grids. See the arrow on the right side. That is the stamp. When I folded the cover, the stamp would be on the top of the ATC paper. Fabulous!!

(p.s. I promised my friends to make a compatible MISTI. I still don't find the time to make one. Perhaps later..)

I used 6 Versa Color ink pads. Then I covered the middle of the flower with black frantage and pink shabby frantage outside the flower. All stamps are from Altenew: Painted Poppy. Love this new stamp set..

I made 16 ATCs, then later, I will get 16 different ATCs from 16 friends. Isn't it wonderful?

School is COOL - DT ATC

Hello friends,

It's Friday again. It's time for ATC Challenge. The theme is: It's Off To School we Go.

This is my ATC:

I used digi from Qkrstampede. It's called Teacher.  The pp is from Bo Bunny. I adore Bo Bunny Papers so much. So versatile. I colored the image with Copic sketches. This time, I didn't do some paper piecing.. It seemed time flew soooo fast, and I almost missed this challenge.

Join us and  get 5 digis for the winner from QKRstampede. Pop over to the challenge blog and see the DTs' creations.

Until then, my friends..

Note: September 13, 2013. This is the last post of mine as DT for this challenge blog. Thanks so much for the friendship.

F.U.N - DT ATC

Hello friends,

It's Friday... It's time for ATC Challenge. The theme for this fortnight is: Beach Fun. I love this theme. We just had a school break on the beach, Bali, last July.

This is my ATC. The image: Summer Time Sandals from Meljen's Designs. The sandals are surrounded by sands. These are the real sands.. :D

I printed double the right sandal, so that I could mount it using foam double tape.

The theme reminds me of the moments where my children and their cousins spent on the beach. They really enjoyed playing with the sand. We specially brought the pail etc for this moment.

And of course, pose for the camera....

Don't you think that they did really have fun? Yes, indeed. They didn't want to go back home. Well, until next holiday, then, we can go to other beach..

So, never hesitate to join the challenge. Pop over the blog, see the creations of the DTs, and then take your papers, images, and play with us..

Have fun, my friends...

ATCs Album

Hi friends,

Meet again. Yes, it's Saturday and I have much time to make this album. I got so many ATCs last October 2012, in World Card Making Day. We did swap for ATCs. The participants were my friends in my Facebook account: Dwita's Crafty Crafts. After I got them, I just put them in a shoe box, then forgotten. Last week. I had few days off, so I had time to clean all the boxes from my old house. And I found this shoe box with all these beautiful ATCs inside.

Today, I managed myself to make the album for these ATCs. First I cut acetates and adhered each ATC with double tape. Why acetate? Because I want to  still be able to see the senders' name which were written at the back of each ATC. Then I punched one edge with the amazing Zutter. I made 2 albums using the rings. I put one card stock in front of the first album and at the back of the second album. These card stocks would be adhered to the inner parts of the cover.

I put aside three ATCs, including mine.  Mine is the one with Mini Balerina Tilda. The one with the yellow flower was from Evieta. I like the design. The one with Crown Tilda was from Rina. I like the sentiment. I want them to be in the cover of the album.

Then, I made the cover. It's quite easy as it is my favorite one to make a book cover. I used a gift paper wrap.

This is the result of the cover from inside. I already adhered the card stocks of each album to each inner part of the cover.

This is the look from above. You can see clearly there are 2 albums.

This is the look from below.

This is the look from the side.

Then I printed the logo of the Card making Day. Unfortunately the printer didn't work  good. The result was not satisfying. But that's okay.

So, here it is. The cover of the ATCs album.

And this is from the side of the book.

Now they are safe from the dirt and dust. And everyone just need to open the album to see those beautiful ATCs from wonderful friends of mine. I adore craft world!!

What do you think? Where did you put all the ATCs you got from swapping? Make this easy album, to let others see the beauty of ATCs. I really enjoyed making this album. Though it is so simple, and not as the scrapbookers make, but I like the result. Why don't you make one...

Have fun, my friends...

Just Relax - DT ATC

Hi friends,

Meet again and it's Friday. Time to join the ATCs With Attitude Challenge. This time the theme is Just Relax. I used a digital stamp from QKR Stampede.

Sources: Best Friends digi stamp; Bo Bunny p.p.; Copic Sketches; Carla Scallop Oval punch

I printed the image twice. I cut the mat and adhered it with a foam tape. I cut the girls, colored them, and in monochromatic colors for their clothes with favorite Copic markers: BG11, BG13, R81, R85. Then I adhered it also with the foam tape. The sentiment 'just relax' was computer generated. This is the picture from the side.

I hope you can join the challenge, as the winner will get the digital stamps from Sassy Studio Designs and QKR Stampede.

Pop over to the blog challenge, take a look at the DTs creations, then, take your papers, and join the challenge. Have fun, my friends...

**btw, I remember that today is my friend's birthday. I don't meet him for quite long time. I really wish you a happy birthday, my friend, Steve Kessing.. Miss you so..

Together Forever You & Me - DT ATC

Hello friends,

It's Friday again, and it's time for the ATC challenge at ATC's With Attitude. The theme is Bright and Cheerful. Well, it is to welcome summer, I guess. Indonesia doesn't have summer. But, yes, during these months, it's hot. Anyway, I can say it's wet summer, because we sometimes have rain during these days.

For the ATC, I used the tandem bike. Isn't it lovely? I like it so much. Beccy was so very kind specially giving me this image. Beccy's Place is the sponsor for this challenge.

Sources: Tandem Bicycle digi; pp from Bo Bunny: Family is Collection; Copic sketches

These are the details, so you can see clearly on the ATC.

You can see below that I doubled the basket. I love creating a dimension on the ATC.

It's a cute tandem bike, right? Talking about tandem bike, I..eh, we, my sister, my daughters, my niece and me rode 2 tandem bikes when we spent a night in Semarang 4 days ago. It was just last Monday.. Take a look on the pictures below.

It's me and my second daughter. Look at the bike. It has 3 seats! And trust me, it was so heavy to ride on it as the frontier..

And, here we are, the six of us. Even my little daughter got her special seat between her sisters. Look at the bikes. They have special tiny lamps. Just like a tiny Christmas lamps. Gorgeous..

Oh, we were so happy at that time. We rode the bikes en laughing.. It's been such a long time for me and my sister not riding bikes together. It's the moment I treasure.. And for my daughters, they really enjoyed the moment. For them it's a rare way to spend the school holiday. So, try to visit Semarang. It's a wonderful city to be. Love the holiday. So relaxing..

Pop over the blog, and see the creation of the DTs. Amazing creations. And don't hesitate to join the challenge. It's so much fun making ATCs. Believe me.. lol....

Have a fabulous school break..
Have a wonderful summer, my friends...
